FELA Litigation

Throughout our Firm’s history, we have represented government workers in litigation under the Federal Employees Liability Act. In the early 1990s, Nix, Patterson & Roach, L.L.P. (“NPR”) represented hundreds of current and former railroad workers who suffered permanent hearing loss because their employers failed to provide them with adequate hearing protection. NPR helped our clients recover millions of dollars through this litigation and continues to represent injured workers in FELA litigation today.
