U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit Affirms NPR Settlement of Western Union/MoneyGram Consumer Fraud Class Action

Nix, Patterson & Roach, L.L.P. helped consumers by prosecuting a nationwide class action against Western Union and other companies relating to their provision of money transfer services from the U.S. to Mexico. Final approval of the settlement of the Western Union action, valued at more than $375 million, was recently ordered in federal court in Chicago and affirmed by the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
