NPR files Consolidated Complaint in In re Delphi Securities Litigation

Nix, Patterson & Roach filed a Consolidated Complaint in In re Delphi Corporation Securities Litigation on September 30, 2005, on behalf of the Teachers' Retirement System of Oklahoma (OTRS). NPR is Co-Lead Counsel and OTRS is Co-Lead Counsel in this case. The Consolidated Complaint asserts claims against Delphi Corporation, several current and former Delphi officers and directors, certain Delphi trusts, outside auditor Deloitte & Touche LLP, Setech, BBK Ltd., Bank One, and several investment banks that underwrote certain Delphi securities.
