Biography

Ross joined Nix Patterson in 2013. Since that time, he has handled a range of cases covering intellectual property, personal injury, products liability, and mass tort litigation.

Ross represents clients in all aspects of intellectual property litigation, including patent litigation, copyright, trademark and false advertising litigation, and trade secret disputes. He has litigated in technology fields as diverse as video compression, networking, software and hardware, communications, enterprise management solutions, semiconductors, consumer electronics, and medical devices.

Ross also represents clients in personal injury cases often with life threatening injuries resulting from product defects or unsafe premises. In addition, he also represents victims from a wide variety of childhood sexual abuse situations.

Ross graduated cum laude from Baylor Law School, where he was the Articles & Notes editor for the Baylor Law Review. He received his B.B.A. from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas in Austin in 2007. He is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and is admitted to practice in the Eastern, Western, and Northern Districts of Texas.
