Biography
Brad Beskin represents whistleblowers who uncover and report fraud upon federal and state programs (like Medicare/Medicaid, housing programs, and loan programs), as well as defense funding and other federal concerns. Whistleblowers may file suit on behalf of the government to recoup funds that were fraudulently obtained (or retained) from these programs. The federal False Claims Act (and analogous state laws) afford protections to those who, “by blowing the whistle,” help create accountability for fraudsters and protect the integrity of essential federal and state programs.
Brad also represents homeowners and business owners in lawsuits alleging “bad faith” claims handling practices on the part of their insurers. Brad represents clients throughout the country in a wide variety of mass torts involving defective medical devices, pharmaceutical drugs, and consumer products. His practice includes general civil litigation.
Brad graduated from the University of Texas School of Law with honors and joined the firm in 2017.
Brad’s volunteer activities include the education, conservation, and exploration efforts of Global Underwater Explorers, as well as the Texas German Shorthaired Pointer Rescue organization.
